For the following reasons, we decided to have birthday cake #2 at home yesterday with our amazing friends Ben, Kristin and Ellie Livermore:
- Owen did not enjoy my "healthy" alternative to birthday cake, i.e. banana bread with whipped cream
- Owen was ridiculously fussy on his actual birthday
- The SD card in our video camera freaked out and erased the video we took on Saturday with my mom :(
- Kristin brought over red velvet cupcakes
- Who says you can only celebrate your 1st birthday once??

Agreed - celebrating twice is even better!! I'm happy for Owen that he got a second chance :)
